Ponting Highest Run Getter for Australia - Ashes Test Series Update
Ricky Ponting breaks Allan Border record of highest run getter in Test Match.
The most successful captain Ricky Ponting was congratulated by former captain Allan Border for surpassing the record.
He reached the milestone when ponting scored 25runs, the record came when the Ashes Series is going on. Ponting is now third for all time list for highest run scorer in Test with 11,188 runs, West Indies Brian Lara on 11,953.
Leading the Table is Sachin Tendulkar with 12,773runs.

England all rounder Andrew Flintoff wants to play all the remaining three Ashes test series .

Ashes Test Series - Pietersen Out of Ashes Test Series - Ashes Series Update
England have got another set back, England All Rounder Kevin Pietersen will miss the remaining Ashes Test Series due to surgery on the Achilles tendon injury which hampered him during the second Test .
England are present leading the Ashes Test Series by 1-0 and still three Test to go. Ian Bell will be favourite to replace 29year old Pietersen for third Test at Edgbaston.
Pietersen said "As an England cricketer the Ashes are the pinnacle of the game so I'm absolutely devastated to be missing the rest of this series".
Pietersen have remarkable record he has scored 4,647 runs in 54 Tests, including 16 centuries, since making his debut against Australia in 2005.
Another England All Rounder Andrew Flintoff told Sky Sports News "He's our best player so that's going to make it that little bit tougher for us."
England Coach Andy Flower said "inspite pietersen not playing we will win the Ashes Series.'

England Won 2nd Ashes Test - Ashes Test Series - Ashes Update
England break the 75year old record of not defeating Australia in Lord's. Andrew Flintoff took 5wickets as England defeated Australia by 115runs to take home side a lead of 1-0 in 5match Ashes series.
On Day 5 of the Second Test, Australia resumed at 313 for 5, Clarke and Haddin were get going it seems that Australia will get the Target. But Superb bowling performance by Flintoff and Swann made easy for the home side.
Paul Collingwood clutched the catch low at second slip to dismiss Haddin off Flintoff while clarke ran down the pitch to Graeme Swann with disastrous consequences as the ball snuck past him to hit off-stump.
Flintoff then accounted for tailender Peter Siddle for only the third five-wicket haul of his England career before Swann completed the victory by bowling Mitchell Johnson for 63.
3rd Ashes Test Series will be played after 10days at Edgbaston, Birmingham

Flintoff Take Retirement from Test - Final Ashes Series for Flintoff - Ashes Series update
After the series of Injury England All rounder Andrew Flintoff decided to Quit from Test Match.
31 year old Andrew Flintoff announced Test Retirement. Ashes Test Series would be final test for Andrew Flintoff, Flintoff said ahead of the second Test at Lord's My body is telling me things and I'm starting to listen,
he further added "I've missed two years out of the past four so my career has been curtailed by injury."
Flintoff further stated that he will concentrate on one-day and twenty20 cricket.
While praising Andrew Flintoff England Skipper Andrew Strauss said He's had a dramatic impact on English cricket over the last few years, the way he's batted, the style in which he's batted,
For a long period he's been probably one of the bowlers in world cricket that opposition batsmen least like facing. "Maybe pure figures don't show that.
Also as a personality I think he's done a huge amount for the game of cricket, the way he's always played with a smile on his face.

Ricky Pointing lead from the front by scoring his 38th test Century, and also passing 11,000 Test runs shortly before tea.
Ricky Pointing proved all the critics wrong by scoring century when his team needed the most. England first inning scored 435 all out, In reply Australia lost only 1 wicket. Pointing and Simon Katich both scored centuries to reach Australia 279 for 1.

Live Ashes Series From England - Lee Will Miss First Test
Australia's Deadly fast Bowler will Miss the First Ashes Test Series Due to tearing a muscle in his left rib area.
Lee told a news conference at the team's hotel ""I have sustained a small muscle tear which has ruled me out of the first Test, I still see myself playing a major role for Australia through the end part of the series, whether that's the second, third, fourth or fifth Test match depending on how things go.
Ricky Pointing will be highly depend upon the 32-year-old Lee, as he is the most experienced bowler, More over he have played Ashes Series which Australia have comfortably.
